Finally, Dave is a busy entrepreneur that wants to take the time to care for him self. Registered Dietitians, Tayla Russell and Anjee Barber introduced us to what that 12-week course will be like by answering some of the most common questions. Nutrition, exercise, and accountability are the main components of this program. The nutrition component is overseen by registered dietitians and certified nutritionists. The plans are all based on the client’s preference, schedule, and family life. The exercise part is a training on how to use equipment so you are able to create a workout routine you can do at any gym. The accountability part is having a one-on-one sit down each week with a nutritionist to talk Static Contraction Machine about challenges and excuses that have stopped you in the past.
