Calendar of Events

There are several important dates for candidates and preceptors to remember:

ORMS Application Deadline
Event Description
Applications must be submitted to ORMS no later than February 1 of each matching year. Applications received after that date will be charged an additional $15.
ORMS Candidate Supplemental Site Forms Deadline
Event Description
Supplemental Site Forms must be submitted to ORMS no later than 3 days prior to the Match each year. Applications received after that date will not be processed in the Match. There is a $10 fee for each site listed on the form.
ORMS Candidate and Coordinator Matching Form Submission
Event Description
Both candidates and coordinators must submit their Matching Forms by 5 PM PST on the first Friday in March.
ORMS Report to Candidates and Coordinators
Event Description
Both candidates and coordinators will be notified by e-mail within seven days of the match. In most cases, the match is completed and reported within 48 hours of the match. Please do not call ORMS during those 48 hours as it only delays reporting for everyone.
