Instructions for submitting E-mail addressThis page is open for registration of e-mail addresses of current residents from July 1 through July 31 of each residency year. E-mail addresses collected after July 31 will be entered on the list, but they will not be included on the list that is initially distributed to the schools and colleges of optometry nor optometric organizations in August of each year. ORMS has established this service for use by the schools and colleges of optometry and/or optometric organizations. This feature will allow current residents to update their name and e-mail address when they commence their training. This list will be given to the schools and colleges through the schools' individual directors of residencies. If you want your e-mail address to be available for use by the optometric educational enterprise, at large, please enter the requested information below: Note: You should use your permanent e-mail address (not your new e-mail address at your program, as that address may only be good for one year). |
